Have I really changed?

If you have asked yourself this question, it is due to several reasons. Here are a few reasons that cause one to ask themselves this type of a question:
1. Someone has or has not notice a difference.
2. You have noticed a change in habits and routines.
3. You see a lack of interest in things and places.
4. You are less patient with people and love ones.

If any of these statements fit you then my friend it is possible that change has happened. The question is not if change is good or bad but knowing what and why change has occurred. This takes a moment of your time to reflect about your past and present. Let’s look at these points to discover where change occurred.

Note that there is a difference between DIFFERENT and CHANGE. If you can identify what is different about you now it will help you understand WHY change has occurred. For example; I am 35 now and what is different about me is I can not eat after a certain time at night, so therefore I have CHANGED my activities at night. At onetime I ate out with friends at night, I can not do that anymore. Now I pick and chose my activities. Can my friends say I’ve changed? Yes!

Everyone might not like the change in your life, well, that is their problem. My friend the truth is, the older we become, our priorities, goals, opportunities and challenges change. If technology changes every year, if car design changes every 5 to 7 years and if times change; why are you stressed about your change?

Finally, you are a better you due to this change. You are now a more grounded person, you are in touch with who you are and now it is about you. Isn’t it about time? Maybe the question is not “Have I Changed?” but “Can they handle my change?” Words of wisdom, If you can not handle change, change will handle you! Can you say “Handle Your business!”.

Halla at Rev!
