What’s up all,
Recently I struggle with copping with mistakes. Mistakes made not by myself but others that cost me great distress. Have you ever placed some level of responsibility in someone hands that need you more than you need them? It is like being a supervisor and you delegate responsibility to workers, now if you do not delegate, you are accused of not being able to trust, if you do delegate responsibility then you will place major decisions in their hands that will impact your life and lifestyle or even job.
Picture this, you have given responsibility for accounting to an employee, you are informed that an invoice will not be paid due to your employee era. You discover that this is not just any invoice but a main invoice that could possibly close your doors. What can we do, stress, H_ _ l ya? Or take a moment and refocus. Well, unfortunately it is both.
I have matured by mistakes like these. Here is my new found philosophy “have low expectations for those you are counting on, this way if they make a mistake or fail to perform you are never disappointed. If they do perform or correctly carry out their responsibility than GOOD.”
This my friend will help you to stay on top of your game. So can you say “I am on top of my game”? Good stay there.
